On Monday October 16, my wife and I stayed at Elkmont campground in the Smokey Mountains National Park. During the night, winds of over 100 mph swept through the park causing much destruction. We stayed all night in our Seedhouse 3 and slept rather well. There was some rocking and rolling, but Big Agnes never left the ground. What a solid well constructed tent.
I have a small backpacking tent that I love made by Mountain Hardware, and your Paha Que , Pamo Valley tent tent has all of the same features--in a family size tent. “We just had to write and let you know how much we love our Big Agnes sleep systems. We took our Lost Ranger/Lost dog combo to Sequoia/Kings Canyon Natl. Parks for a trial run, last fall. It was well below freezing, with a couple of feet of snow, and we were as cozy as we could be. Since then, we've used them at least one weekend, every month and are totally satisfied. Thanks for offering a superior product at a reasonable price."
Lawrence R. "I recently purchased the Big Agnes 15 degree down sleeping bag (Lost Ranger) and integrated insulated pad. I spent 12 nights using it in Northern NM including 7 nights at Philmont. It was the most comfortable sleep I have ever had in the backcountry. It was impossible to slide off the pad. The bag kept me toasty warm with temps slipping into the mid 30's at night. The tapered bag provided plenty of room without the "claustrophobic" feel of most mummy bags. We joked about it being a high-tech "Advance Integrated Sleep System" but it truly was."
